1. Eligibility

Our services are intended for individuals aged 13 and older. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you should review these terms with a parent or guardian.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activities occurring under your account are your responsibility. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Community Standards & Conduct

NXGEN FC is a professional youth soccer gaming community. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for:

• Harassment, bullying, or hate speech.
• Toxic behavior in-game or on community platforms.
• Cheating, hacking, or exploiting game mechanics.
• Impersonating staff or other players.

Violations may result in temporary suspension or permanent expulsion from the club.

4. Content Ownership

All graphics, logos, and content created by NXGEN FC are the property of NXGEN FC. Users may not use our branding for commercial purposes without explicit written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

NXGEN FC provides its services "as is" and is not liable for any technical issues, data loss, or game-related disputes. We are an independent community and not affiliated with Electronic Arts (EA Sports).

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access to our services at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or the club.
